Dr. Yousuf J. Ahmad proudly serves as the President & CEO of AssureCare®. He brings over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience encompassing health insurance, physician group practice, and multi-hospital health system experience.  AssureCare is one of the leading population health management companies in the country.

Dr. Ahmad has been leading AssureCare with a singular focus of connecting a human life to its healthcare ecosystem.  AssureCare focuses on providing a connected-care platform for payers, providers, and pharmacies.  Under his leadership, AssureCare is the #1 Population Health Management Company in the world with over 50 million unique lives being cared on the AssureCare platform(s).

 Prior to this role, he was the President & CEO of Mercy Health in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he led a $3 Billion integrated healthcare delivery system including hospitals, physician practices, long-term care, health plan foundation, and home-health with a total of over 150 locations of care. Under his leadership Mercy Health improved from last position to #1 in market share.  He was named ‘Becker’s best health system CEOs to know in the country” multiple times.

 Dr. Ahmad holds a Doctorate in Public Health, a Masters in Knowledge Strategy & Management, a Masters in Health Administration, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems.  He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE).
