Dr. Karyn Fowler, MD, MHCM, FACOG, is an obstetrician-gynecologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine whose work focuses on maternal health innovation, perinatal quality improvement, and perinatal mental health. She is the co-principal investigator for the Missouri Collaboration for Clinical Community Integration (MOC3), a five-year statewide maternal health innovation grant advancing integrated care models across Missouri. Dr. Fowler also provides clinical care at the WISH Clinic and the Women’s Wellness Center at St. Mary’s, where she specializes in perinatal and postpartum mental health.
