Jessica Dresner, MEd, Deputy Division Director, MO HealthNet, is a Missouri native and joined the Missouri Department of Social Services in 2011.  Her degrees and background are in Criminal Justice, Counseling and Education, but she finds working in social services the best!  Jessie manages operations  for the state’s Medicaid Agency. She lives in Columbia with her husband.
