Adam Proctor

Plan President & CEO, Nebraska Total Care

Adam Proctor is the Plan President and CEO for Nebraska Total Care, one of the Medicaid Managed Care Organizations providing statewide healthcare benefits to Nebraskans.

He holds a Bachelor’s in psychology from James Madison University and a Master’s in Counseling from Arizona State University.

Adam has over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience.  Adam operated community behavioral health clinics and delivered behavioral health services in private practice in both Arizona and Nebraska, before moving into managed care, where he has been a clinical, operational, network, and executive leader.
