Laura Allred is an accomplished business development leader with over a decade of experience shaping growth strategies in the healthcare sector. As Head of Growth at Uber Health, Laura drives the company’s strategic initiatives, with a focus on partnerships and business development.    

Prior to Uber Health, Laura served as Director of Business Development at BioIQ (acquired by LetsGetChecked). Laura helped commercialize new delivery models for diagnostic testing and partnered with health plans to design their population screening protocols, and leverage data for personalized patient experiences. Laura’s focus on a patient-first approach was sparked by her time spent at Athenahealth and her early career years in practice management at a large primary care clinic. Passionate about technology’s ability to streamline the healthcare process, she is committed to simplifying complexities for providers, payers, brokers, and patients.

Laura earned a BA in Human Health from Emory University, and is a dedicated advocate for closing gaps in care and enhancing access to quality healthcare.
